Error when trying to open beatunes4 program

I have a Mac Book operating with macOS Catalina 10.15.1
Program will not open. Fatal Error
Please advise.

    Hey Rodney,

    Apple has unfortunately decided to break compatibility for all programs cooperating with iTunes. That’s why beaTunes 4 does not work anymore since you’ve upgraded to macOS 10.15.

    I have addressed the issue in beaTunes 5.2, which is a free upgrade for beaTunes 5 users. Unfortunately, I cannot offer the same for beaTunes 4.

    If you’d like to continue using beaTunes, please purchase an upgrade license from https://www.beatunes.com/en/beatunes-buy.html
    It’s discounted, i.e. US$11.95.

    I have purchased the upgrade, but since I am not able to open Beatunes 4, how do I install the upgrade.

    Simply download and install the latest version from the website.

    Ok, I downloaded the latest version and it opened. It also notified me that this trial version would expire in four days.

    Please advise.

    Since you have purchased the upgrade license, just follow the instructions in the license email.

    Yes I have. Thank you for your help.

    Version 5 seems to be faster than 4. I’ll be exploring the features of the upgrade over the weekend.
