I purchased your product BeaTunes, when I had a Different email
[email blocked]
This mail is not working any more, and I do not recall the password I used with it
My mail today is
[email blocked]
How can I make this change in your records, so that I can use my product Bea Tunes again?

Hi Jose,
we already have you under the new email in the system.
You should be able to have the system re-send the license info to your current address using https://www.beatunes.com/en/recoverkey.html
