bought this app yesterday, and it has failed to even achieve a snuggle full analysis ... crashing 3 times so far

little more i could add EXCEPT THAT IT HAS ALSO FAILED TO SEND A SINGLE CRASH REPORT TO ?help.beatunes.com? or whatever the address is meant to be ... so this app is definitely NOT working as it should ..... a BIG FAIL!!!

    that sounds like you had a terrible time with the app. Sorry about that!

    Please update too v5.2.1 (it's now on the website). If that does not solve the issue you are experiencing, please let me know.
