Beta Database Issues

I recently downloaded your beta and I am getting database migration issue errorthat I was told could possibly be resolved with a restart of the app. Unfortunately I’ve tried several times and continue to get the error. I would like to send logs but don’t have that option in the menu. If you could let me know another way of accessing them I can try to find them using Terminal. Thank you for taking a look.

    In this article you can find a description on how to create a zip file with the logs.

    Toward the end, starting with

    If for some reason you cannot find the right folder on OS X, please follow these steps:

    there is a detailed description. Once you've created the zip file please attach it to this discussion.

    Hi Nate,

    it looks to me like you tried this before with beaTunes 5.0.6 and it failed as well. Somehow you apparently have a corrupt beaTunes database that cannot be fixed.

    To solve this, please rename the folder /Users/wsrproductions/Library/Application Support/beaTunes/Database/ to something like /Users/wsrproductions/Library/Application Support/beaTunes/BrokenDatabase/ and then try starting beaTunes again.

    Note that macOS hides certain folder from you and you won't find them with Finder. To navigate to /Users/wsrproductions/Library/Application Support/beaTunes/ please use the Finder menu item Go -> Go to Folder.. and enter /Users/wsrproductions/Library/Application Support/beaTunes/
