HELP I paid for a subscription and cannot locate the license key

Hi, I paid for a subscription and cannot locate the license key.

I went to the help menu and inserted my email address - it comes up email address not found.

I just paid $34.99 and need help.

Please advise, Joe

    Hey Joseph,

    I checked your purchase and it looks like you misspelled your email address.

    I have just re-send the license mail to your correct address.

    Important: The license was made out to the misspelled address. To register beaTunes you will have to enter it exactly as it appears in the license mail, i.e. the wrong way. This is mostly cosmetic, the entry in the customer database is correct .

    Please also note, that you have not purchased a subscription, but a one-time license fee for version 5 of the software.
