commiting solutions doens't work
Hi -
So i just bought the upgrade version 5 and when I go to commit solutions that are suggested and then go back and refresh - more issues appear...so I have the feeling they are not being committed.
how do I verify if solutions are being committed properly and why when there is an inspection and its done analysing and committing those solutions that then when I refresh more issues appear? why are these new issues being made visible upon refresh and not initially?
that way I can have a sense of "ticking the box" finding a solution - committing them and then seeing their impact. otherwise it feels im going in circles and not sure how many issues i have or the extent of the issues i need to fix are ( if there are always new issues each time i refresh after just committing a large group of problems))
i hope this makes any sense - thanks for the your help!
also you should have a number to call or live chat - email is very slow!

Hey there,
first of all, lets just make sure we are on the same page. In beaTunes you can "apply" and "commit" solutions. "apply" just moves what you want beaTunes to do into the "Pending Solutions" pane. "commit" actually runs the solutions and changes things in your library. For a detailed explanation see also https://blog.beatunes.com/2015/02/improving-tags-through-inspection...
Have you "applied" or "committed"?
After you have committed solutions, the same issue will not appear again. However, it is entirely possible that a new issue has been created by committing a solution. You can find these issues by re- running the inspection. However, there are two things to keep in mind:
Hope this helps!

Many people don't realize: tagtraum industries is a one man show. Providing live support is not feasible for the current price of the software (and keeping my sanity). I guess I could increase the price substantially to hire someone to provide what you ask for, but then again I'm sure folks wouldn't like that either.
