I received "fatal error during initiation" notification and instruction to contact you
I have Beatunes version 5.1 and a Apple Macbook Pro model Mid 2012 with iOS High Sierra, version 10.13.3

Please restart your computer.
Then start iTunes and make sure it does not show any dialogs (license or similar).
Then start beaTunes.
