I must say I am pretty damned frustrated with your software. I purchased the full version several months back and have never, and I mean never, gotten it to work correctly.
I am using version 2.0 .18. I believe I have completed a complete analysis of my iTunes library. The inspect library function works just fine. But none of the songs from my iTunes library display in the main beatunes window. They never have. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both iTunes and beaTunes several times.
I am not an idiot and it should not be this hard. It looks like really interesting software, which is why I purchased it. However, if I can't get it to run I would like you to return the gift my purchase constitutes.

Hi,
sorry you had such a bad experience. Could you please send me a screenshot of what you see and tell me what operating system you are using?
Thanks,

Hi,
please start beaTunes, go to the Edit menu and make sure the "Show Playlist Tree" menu item is checked.
If it is checked, move the mouse cursor to the very left of the window, then very slightly to the right, click on the border and try to drag it to the right - you should be able to make the Playlist Tree panel appear.
That should solve the problem. Does it?
