paid for it, where is it?

I bought it, and i never recieved a e-mail or anything at all, I bought it hoping to use it today, this is ridiculous. what do i have to do to get this program?

    Hi Jim,

    the license email has been sent out quite a while ago - I just re-sent it from a different account.
