My License Key was sent to an old email address that no longer exists. How can I recover my License Key to my current email?

    Hi,

I just forwarded the license to your new address. Please note that it is only good for beaTunes 1.x. The latest 1.x version can be downloaded from http://www.beatunes.com/beatunes-download-old.html

    Hi,

I'm sorry, but I can't find any record of a beaTunes 2 license purchased by you.
You can simply use the older version or update to beaTunes 2 for $11.95. Note that 2.1 requires either OS X 10.6 or a 64 bit capable CPU and OS X 10.5.

    Hope this helps,

    Hi Adam,

I don't know what kind of system you have (processor and operating system), therefore I can't tell you what version would or wouldn't work.

In general beaTunes 1.x will work.
beaTunes 2.0.x will most likely also work.
    beaTunes 2.1.x requires either OS X 10.6 or OS X 10.5 with a 64bit capable processor.

You can buy the upgrade to beaTunes 2.0 or 2.1 on http://www.beatunes.com/beatunes-buy.html - even though the page lists only 2.1, the key also works for 2.0.

To download the lastest version, please go to http://www.beatunes.com/beatunes-download.html - the older versions you can get from that other page I sent you earlier.

    Hope this helps,

    -hendrik
