I have a large database which is stored on on a network drive. When i try to analyse the music, the queue counts down very quickly and nothing has happened. As a test i tried turning on the option to add lyrics which dod not work in the analysis. But if i go to the song and look at info then request lyrics this works.
I therefore know i can connect with internet, but nothing is happening.
Please help

Hi Martin,
to figure out what's happening, could you please send me your logs?
http://help.beatunes.com/kb/troubleshooting/where-are-the-beatunes-... describes where to find them and how to send them.
Thanks,
-hendrik

beaTunes reads the file's location from

Only file I can find is called 'Itunes Library.xml’ which was located in Itunes folder in Music folder.
Copy attached.

Hm.. That does not seem to be the right one.
According to your logs, it should be
/Users/dad1/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music Library.xml
Thanks,
-hendrik
