Im getting this error with all songs I send to analysys

when i try to view a site in a browser i dont have any problem...

what's wrong?

    Hi,

    I can't really say for sure what's going wrong. It could be a temporary outage of the service provider AmpliFind/MusicIP or a missing proxy configuration on your computer.

    Perhaps there is something in the logs. http://help.beatunes.com/faqs/troubleshooting/where-are-the-beatune... tells you where to find them and how to send them.
