App will not even start

Decided to try this app, seems nice.

It starts with the sync process, then I get a grey window, then the app crashes. And that's it.

Beatunes 2.14
Mac OS 10.6.4
iTunes 10.0.1

   Hi Johan,

   that's certainly not the way things should go.
   How many songs do you have in your iTunes music collection?
   Would you mind sending me your logs? They can probably tell me what's going wrong.
   http://help.beatunes.com/faqs/troubleshooting/where-are-the-beatune... tells you where to find them and how to send them.

   I have 17656 songs, or 112,87 Gb.
   Enclosed are the 3 files found in logs/beatunes (compressed as "archive.zip").

   Hi Johan,

   Thanks for the logs.
   Unfortunately, you encountered a known bug. Here's how to work around it:

   • remove beaTunes from your system
   • log in as Admin
   • download a fresh copy of beaTunes from the website
   • run beaTunes at least once as Admin
   • then simply use it
