Need help, i received the following error:

A Serious Error Occured During Analysis.

Please contact beatunes support & mention this message.
java.lang.IncompatibleClassChangeError... please see attached image for the full message.

    Hi James,

    this error typically occurs when updating beaTunes to a newer version without updating one or more plugins.

    Please update (don't just delete them!) all installed plugins - you'll find them by looking through http://blog.beatunes.com/search/label/Plugin
    The page http://help.beatunes.com/faqs/plugins/how-to-install-a-plugin will give you some hints on how to install/update a plugin.

    Should this not solve the issue, please send me your logs. http://help.beatunes.com/faqs/troubleshooting/where-are-the-beatune... tells you where they can be found.

    PS: beaTunes 3 will feature a more mature plugin mechanism.
