Export/Import on Migration

I recently migrated to other computer and used.BeaTune's export/import feature. For the most part, it was quite successful. I managed to migrate over the BPM, Colour & Tone information at a 27/36 ratio, which wasn't too bad. However, the Tag field (the one field I can't recreate easily) didn't migrate across. I checked the XML export file and noticed that the Tag field hadn't even been picked up.

Can you help me out? Thanks.

   Hi Mark,

   sorry for the late reply - but, I have looked into the issue and - because it was a bug - fixed it in 2.1.14. The problem was on the import side, so whatever you exported does not need to be exported again.

   Thanks for getting back to me. It looks like I'm going to have to wait until my payment has been approved before perusing this further. In the meantime, I was able to determine using a xml reader that my Tags had indeed been exported properly. If the problem is on the import side, are you aware of any problems that might prevent my Tags being imported? Eg. The number of characters in the field, size of file, etc.

   As a follow-up, the import/export function worked perfectly this time. I've now sucessfully migrated all my music files from both iTunes and BeaTunes to my new computer. Thanks for your help.
