Lost licence key and not recognising my email

When i enter my email into the lost licence key section it says my email is not recognised but at no point during the transaction was i asked to enter my email!!

    Hi Dean,

    the license was sent to [email blocked] - your email address was given to us automatically by Paypal.

    Did you receive the key by now?
