Crash partway through song analysis. Beatunes doesn't work anymore. See screenshot.

this may have happened because of an outdated plugin. Please make sure you are using the latest versions of whatever plugin you have installed (see http://blog.beatunes.com/search/label/Plugin).

i deleted all plugins and now have this problem
on 26 Oct, 2010 05:19 AM
Also I now have this problem when i go to the task queue it will not let me clear the queue, even after restart.

can you please send me your logs? http://help.beatunes.com/faqs/troubleshooting/where-are-the-beatune... tells you how to find them.

See attached logs.

please install the latest version of the KeyToGrouping plugin and restart beaTunes. This should solve the issue (currently: http://blog.beatunes.com/2010/02/beatunes-214-requires-update-for.html).
on 29 Oct, 2010 05:43 AM
Now it looks like this and even if I pause and clear the queue the next time I restart beatunes the queue is there.

hm - I'm surprised this didn't work out.
The screen you see has to do with the fact that apparently something goes wrong in the Event Dispatch Thread - this typically leads to incomplete UI painting.
Could you please send me a fresh batch of logs? In there the app logs, what leads to the problem (which could be virtually anything).

Here are the fresh logs.

it now looks like there is a problem with the LastFMTopThreeTags task. Any chance you had that installed and deleted it? If so, please install it again from http://blog.beatunes.com/2010/02/new-version-of-lastfm-plugin.html
The thing is, that deleting plugins, while there are still tasks in the queue leads to a problem. The queue still wants to load those plugins, when processing tasks - but they are not there anymore.
Hope this helps,
