After installing iTunes 10, beaTunes does not seem to want to start anymore.

Any idea's ?

    can you please provide the usual details - like version of beaTunes and version of the operating system?

    Apologies Hendrik - I should have left this detail.

    Windows 7 Home Premium - Full patched.
    beaTunes 2.1.12

    When the icon has been clicked on, it runs the splash screen, but never gets any further. I have waited over an hour, I have a very large iTunes Database (140k tracks) and beaTunes takes a little time to load. However after the upgrade to iTunes 10, it didnt start. - IT NOW STARTS, however I cant now get beaTunes to pick up my new songs added to iTunes since I upgraded to iTunes 10

    So, it now starts, but it wont pick up my new songs since i upgraded to iTunes 10

    Thank you in advance for any advice
