I bought the license today and I feel cheated. when I make any changes, however small, the progress bar is frozen, and does nothing. I want my money back

    Firstly thanks for your attention and apologize for my anger yesterday.
    It was a very frustrating experience.
    I find it hard not being able to express myself in Spanish and having to
    resort to google Traslator to make myself understood. Sorry if there are any
    errors in what I express.
    I would like you to help me solve the problem.
    Throughout the afternoon look for the logs you ask me and I will send at
    this time I have to leave.

    in any of the routes OS X: [your_home] / Library / Logs / beaTunes
    beaTunes there is no log
    Is there any alternative location?

    no, there us no alternative location.
    Please make sure to replace [your home] with your home folder. E.g. /Users/Fernando/Library/Logs/beaTunes

    Hi,

    beaTunes is trying to remove duplicates when it gets stuck in AppleScript errors (that's the error message you saw). Accepting those error messages might let beaTunes continue.

    However, that does not solve the issue. It looks like you are trying to remove files that are on an external drive called IxMusica. Was that drive connected to the computer, when you tried this?

    Also, does the file /Volumes/IxMusica/Music/Monjes Budistas/Sakya Tashi Ling/13 Lotus Sunset.mp3 actually exist?

    PS: Also a word of advice - please be careful with that DetectSilence task. It takes a long time to compute and often isn't that helpful.

    Hello again
    IxMusic is an external drive which is my entire music library, and is always
    connected.
    The song you mention is no more.
    However, I noticed that it had created another library on the local hard
    disk, and that was the library I was using itunes, instead of doing the
    drive IxMusic.
    I think that was the problem, are you agree?
