QTML file is preventing start up
I down;oaded the app and went to start it on a Windows XP box. I reecieved the error message that the qtmlslient.dll needs to be removed or renamed. Well, I am not that familiar with removing dll files. What do I need to do to run the s.w??

Hi Stephen,
the error message window should give you precise information about what to do, i.e. which file to rename/delete.
The background for this is, that some application chose against Apple's recommendation to install the qtmlclient dll in your system directory instead of simply using the one that comes with QuickTime. Typically the dlls located in the system directory are loaded first, i.e. the current one, that's in your QuickTime directory, can not be found anymore.
Most likely you can simply delete the qtmlclient dll in your system directory. However, since we always want to be careful with things like these, I recommend to simply rename it, giving it another file extension (so that the system thinks it's not a dll). This way you can easily restore your old system state should you note any problems (which are highly unlikely).
Hope this helps,
-hendrik

Thanks Hendrick, I renamed the file and that fixed the problem. Great Support!
