BeaTunes misses on MP3 files

I have a hefty collection of music, both iTunes (DRM and Plus) and standard MP3s that I've ripped.

I found that BeaTunes seems to skip over the mp3s that I have. That's a little disappointing because I have a ton of tunes I would like to match up.

My guess is that this may be a technical issue. Or am I missing something?
