Trying to Upgrade
I recently upgraded my operating system to Windows 7. I verified that my beaTunes was working OK on Windows 7, but now, I am trying to upgrade, but the system is not recognizing my email. In fact, I still have the confirmation email along with the registration key and all, but the online system is not responding to the registered email. Please advise.

Hi,
Since you own a beaTunes 2 license you can simply download the latest version (2.1.10) and install it.
You don't need to do anything else.

Thank you! My beaTunes was locked up, and so I deleted the database, as
instructed in your help files. It worked, and so now I have successfully
upgraded, and it appears to be working well.
