On two different computers and about 5 different internet connections (broadband, work, home, hotel) over 6 months I have never had a successful PUID look-up - always get the "time out" message.

if you experienced a crash or other abnormal behavior, you might want to attach log files from C:\Users\mat\AppData\Local\tagtraum industries\beaTunes\logs

  • beaTunes: 2.1.10
  • JVM: Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM
  • Version: 16.3-b01
  • Vendor: Sun Microsystems Inc.
  • OS: Windows 7 6.1, x86

    Hi Matt,

have we emailed about this before? If not, can you please provide a log that illustrates the problem. I.e. do some lookups, shut down beaTunes and then send me your logs?

    Thanks,

    Hello,

I had the same problem and realized that my firewall wasn't allowing beaTunes to connect. Have you checked your firewall settings?

    Hope this helps,

    John
