beatunes wont do what its meant to

Beatunes wont actually change anything in itunes, it pretends it is, goes through everything in the task queue but doesnt actually change anything in itunes

   this is the latest log, my email wont let me upload more than one at a time, i am running beatunes 2.19, itunes 9 and windows vista

   Hi Mark,

   log.5 actually indicates that it is the oldest of the logs. However - these logs compress really well to a fraction of their original size. If you simply zip the whole logs folder, I could take a look at more recent logs, including the system-error.log.

   The log you already sent, doesn't seem to contain any errors. Are you certain that nothing is changed in iTunes?

   I have compressed everything in the logs folder, the main thing i wanted beatunes for was because i have 1422 duplicate songs, and no matter how many time si run beatunes and commit changes, i still have 1422 duplicate songs

   Hey Mark,

   unfortunately I wasn't able to find any inspection actions in your log, as it contains a lot of info about analysis. Could you please pause the analysis, run the duplicates inspection to reproduce the error, then shut down beaTunes and send me your log files again? That way I should be able to see what's going on while you delete duplicates.

   Just inspected the library then told it to delete duplicates waited for ti to say it had finished then shut beatunes down but there are no additional logs

   There won't be any additional ones - but the old ones will have new contents...
