I am lost

3.00 GB Ram
iTunes 9.2.0.61
Java 1.6.0_18

I have attempted to download the Beatunes program and load it on my machine. I have gotten attached error several times.

    which version of beaTunes did you try to install? Where did you download it from?

    Hi Gary,

    beaTunes communicates with iTunes through something called a COM object. However, for some reason this fails, because beaTunes can't get hold of this COM object. Perhaps iTunes didn't install correctly.

    The only thing left that I can suggest is to re-install iTunes. I.e. go to http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ and download and install a fresh version. Then restart your computer before trying beaTunes. Maybe that fixes the problem.

    After you repaired iTunes, did you restart your computer?
    If so, well - start iTunes and accept any license it may want you to accept.
    Then start beaTunes and check whether you still get the same error message.

    In your Start menu is a folder called "tagtraum industries" - in there you'll find beaTunes.
