Duplicates

I just purchased your program and after "inspecting my library," it is finding only about 2% of the duplicates in my library! The actual files are not duplicates but there are doubles of almost every song that I need to delete!!! What is going wrong here?

if you experienced a crash or other abnormal behavior, you might want to attach log files from /Users/harmonycooper/Library/Logs/beaTunes

   Thanks for your message. Can you please give me an example of a duplicate beaTunes does not find? What makes it a duplicate?
