Regarding COM (com4j) errors: Those are typically problems that occur when beaTunes attempts to communicate with iTunes. In most cases they can be fixed by re-installing iTunes directly from Apple (via https://www.apple.com/itunes/) and not using the Microsoft app store. Then restart your computer to complete the iTunes installation (i.e. the COM components).
Regarding the database repair failure: Not sure why the repair was triggered - perhaps, because there was an unclean shutdown. It seems that beaTunes was not allowed to create a database backup. Any chance another instance of beaTunes was somehow still running in the background? In any case, this should be "fixed" by restarting your computer.
