silent mode
My use case: when DJ ing I want beatunes to be silent. An accidental 'space' and it starts playing the songs. It automatically even switches sound cards to the latest one, my S8 DJ controller. So it's playing on top of the mix I am doing.
I have several options to avoid.
I could go into settings and select the buildin sound card. But that only lasts until my next session because beatunes auto switches soundcards. I'd really like to have an option 'none' as an output device that is retained. But this is very optional.
The following is a bug I think.
When using mute with CTRL ALT DOWN. The sound is muted.
When the song you are playing is finished, the next song is started and the sound is unmuted automatically.
I would expect this to last 'mute' setting to last until I unmute.

Hey there,
sorry for the very late reply
You mean it always goes back to the default upon restart? Or what do you mean with "autoswitch"?
It should definitely not automatically turn back on. This is on Windows, right?
Cheers,

What's your favorite styles of music?

I enjoy quite the variety—from alternative/indie to minimal funk.
Regarding the mute issue:
Can you please shut down beaTunes and then download and install https://www.beatunes.com/download/beaTunes-5-2-15-SNAPSHOT-x64.exe ?
It should fix the issue.
Thanks for making me aware of it.
