I have noticed this issue as well and it is indeed very annoying. Possibly it's a bug in the JDK—I will investigate.

Cheers,

It does not always happen, right? Only sometimes.
Do you have any idea, under which conditions it happens?

Thanks,

Yep. Maybe a quick fix would be an option to turn them off in the preferences?
Traktor has that option and I switch them off there since I already know what everything does.

Enjoy the heat! :D
Maybe it was due to a restart of the app.

John Bergmantag:help.beatunes.com,2009-07-24:Comment/458078182018-08-02T15:31:15Z2018-08-02T15:31:15ZBeatunes Tooltips shows up in all apps everywhere

Yeah. No idea under which conditions. This one is hard to reproduce.

hendriktag:help.beatunes.com,2009-07-24:Comment/458078182020-04-02T22:17:51Z2020-04-02T22:17:51ZBeatunes Tooltips shows up in all apps everywhere

It is hard to reproduce, but it's still happening.

It seems to happen more often if I'm multitasking and either having beaTunes doing something or an app with a table display like Finder, iTunes or Yate in the foreground and having that app doing something. In those cases, I'm frequently switching apps/windows. But I don't have a 100% way to make it happen or keep it from happening.

evansthompson
