I would LOVE to see more features added concerning lyrics - specifically retrieving lyrics. It would be nice if beaTunes were able to import lyrics from more website databases (other than the solitary, and rather fleeting, current database). Also, some sort of lyrics display would be cool. I used to use a Yahoo widget to display my lyrics nice and big in a separate window, but unfortunately, the widget doesn't work with my new Windows 7 PC.
Does anyone else have any suggestions about beaTunes and the handling of song lyrics?

The problem with lyrics is usually the copyright/license.
If you know of another service, that openly offers lyrics with no strings attached, and an API to use, I'd be more than happy to add support for it.
Would you be interested in searching in lyrics (full text search)? And if so, for what reason?

searching in lyrics would be widely appreciated: it would allow building playlists based on specific words/terms (e.g. compilation for your sweetheart)
