missing files
somehow i ended up with a library with duplicates of just about every song, but only one of them contains the file. the other is "empty" and an ! mark appears next to the song.
i bought beatunes to help me with that problem.
i have installed it and it is analysing my 204GB library. that seems to be a never ending process.
how long should that take?
when the "empty" files have been identified (aprox. 15,000 of them), and select them and tell beatunes to remove them, how long should that process take.
am i doing anything incorrectly?

Hi Frederic,
the length of the process depends on how many files you have (not how big they are) and how many playlists you have. It sounds like you have a lot, so it might take a while.
It sounds like you are better off using the Missing File inspection instead of the Duplicates one. But please note that it only reports 1000 files at a time - so you might need to repeat the process.
Hope this helps,
