On most of the duplicates, it will ask me if I want to keep the one with the most plays or the highest bit rate, but sometimes it just offers the options to disable or delete select songs. What happened to the other options?

Any chance the duplicates have the same play counts and bit rates? Then it would be impossible to pick the one with the highest bitrate/play count.

    Hendrik,

I suppose so, but what about the date added? Isn’t there an option to keep the one that was added first?

Don't know from the top of my head, but if you encounter it again, I recommend to make those columns visible, so you can check the values for those properties.
