2. Please enter your message to us here. I downloaded and installed beatunes on the recommendation of Andy Inhatko on MacBreak Weekly. He said the trial was a complete version of the program but I am prevented from applying any fixes or even analyzign my iTunes
library. Is this normal? I would be happy to buy a license with a money back guarantee if that would help.

Yes, that's normal. Andy misrepresented this a little. Please see the FAQ for how the trial is limited.

Thank you Hendrik for the prompt response. The FAQs are very helpful. I really dislike iTunes and only use it to rip my CDs to my NAS so I can play them on my Sonos system. Hopefully this will alleviate some of my frustrations.
