BeaTunes 3.5 to 4.5

Hi there,
I've been running 3.5 for years with a valid registration key.
Have upgraded computer to Win10 and version 3.5 won't run.
Downloaded 4.5 trial and installed - all working well, but will not accept my reg.key
Do I need to buy 4.5 outright or is there an upgrade fee available please?

    Ignore above please - just found my answer and have purchased upgrade. All is well.
