1. If you experienced a crash or other abnormal behavior, please attach the log file 'beaTunes-logs-2015-11-01-062800.zip' by dragging it from your desktop onto the 'Attach File' button below.

2. Please enter your message to us here.

* beaTunes: 4.5.5
* JVM: Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM
* Version: 25.60-b23
* Vendor: Oracle Corporation
* OS: Mac OS X 10.11.1, x86_64
* Library: iTunes
* Memory: 92m - 1536m

I have added two 10 new tunes to my MAC 12.3.1.23 iTunes database. Unfortunately I can not get them included in my beaTunes 4.5.5 database. I have taken the fallowing steps:

Quit and restarted iTunes.

Quit and restarted beaTunes

Repaired my beaTunes database

Synchronized beaTunes several times.

Unfortunately I can not find the new songs in beaTunes and the number of tunes shown in beauties is 10 less than those show in iTunes.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hey Cliff,

    can you please send me your logs after you synced?
    Please also let me know, what songs you are missing (names, file names).

    Hey Hendrik

    I solved my problem. I shut down beaTunes and also shut down iTunes and then shut down my Mac. Then I restarted iTunes and restarted beaTunes. Then I resynchronized beaTunes and the new songs were recognized in beaTunes.

    I am importing the new Grateful Dead's 30 Trips Around The Sun. 80 CDs. Everything worked fine for the first 11 CDs and had the problem with CDs 12 and 13

    Happy to send the logs but I am not sure they would now identify what the issue was

    I have over 34,000 songs in iTunes and beaTunes. Not sure if that matters

    I guess at this point, sending the logs makes no sense anymore.

    Just one additional pointer: Please make sure that iTunes exports its Library XML file. More info is on http://blog.beatunes.com/2015/09/please-share-itunes-library-xml-wi... (but don't downgrade to 4.5.2).

    Cheers,
