Why doesn't BeaTunes display all my ITUNE songs -- ESP most recent songs I've purchased -- since purchasing BeaTunes?

    Hello,
Again, I've added songs to my ITUNES and followed the directions and do not see the new songs in BEATUNES with the BPM.  Why does this keep happening?

     Hey cvquinn60614,

thanks for your email. It's been added to the queue and I'll be taking a look as soon as I can.
Usually, I try to respond to requests within 24 hours.

Based on your email, our automated helpdesk system believes you should check out the following articles in our FAQ:

If this email is about a beaTunes bug, please make sure you let me know, which versions of beaTunes (and iTunes) you are using. Also, please let me know, what operating system version you are using. Please state the actual numbers and don't just say "latest". Last but not least, please let me know, whether you are using beaTunes with or without iTunes.

I'll send an email to you (at [email blocked]) when I update your request.

    Thank you!

    What directions did you follow?
Did you synchronize via File -> Synchronize..?

    That's creating a new library.
For synchronizing (i.e. reading external changes from your iTunes library) you have to open the File menu and choose Synchronize.

I did that.  What I want to see is the song with BPM.  It's not showing the BPM.

For that you still have to select the songs in question and click on the 'Analyze' button (either in the toolbar or via the right-click menu).
