Hi, Is it possible to save the playlists I create onto another device, eg, to play them on my Android phone?

You can right-click on a playlist in the (left) treeview and export the playlist in some format. Whether your device understands any of the formats offered, I unfortunately don't know.

If I was you, I'd give m3u a try, as it is the de facto standard playlist format.
To verify the playlist, export it as m3u and try to play it with Windows Media Player. Then proceed to sync it with your Android device. Hopefully it (or your sync software) is smart enough to adjust the paths in the list, which of course point to files on your computer..
