Should I re-run analysis?

I just finished running analysis on my entire library, on
release 3.0.12. It took all night and all day today. Then, the very
next time I started beaTunes, i got the upgrade message. I upgraded
to 3.5.1, and ran a new inspection. I got some weird language
issues, but ignored them.
I also got some new capitalization issues that are really nice.
My question is: Are there significant changes/improvements in the results of the analysis phase that would make you recommend that I re-run the analysis?

Hi Charlie,
since the color algorithm has changed, I do recommend to run the color analysis again.
Other than that, you have nothing to gain.

I just downloaded 3.5 and lastnight ran Synchronize w/ my library. Now I see 3.5.1 is already available. What changed and will this have to synchronize again?
