MAC release 2.1.3

Can someone please explain what the new release 2.1.3 povides for MAC users that is not a feature in release 2.1.2?

    2.1.3 does not introduce new features, just improvements and fixes.
    Of course the update from 2.x to 2.1.3 is free.

    I have release MAC 3.0.3 release. How do I populate MPM?

    Analyze BPM, enter Time Signature in Get Info dialog. MPM is then calculated.
