Hi,
Which directory are you referring to?
Thanks,

I noticed that a lot of tracks were disappearing from my collection, so I investigated. It seems that for each of these tracks there were a series of ".old" and ".tmp" files created. The .old files also included a sequencial number, .old, .old1, .old2 ..... When I correct the extension on the most recent .old file to mp3 or m4a, the track will play and I can add it back into the collection. However, right now I am staring at a huge task to correct this problem, 3000 tracks are affected. What is causing this?

Hi,
I think I know what the problem is, and it should be fixed in the latest version.
You can update to 3.5.4 for free - just install it from the website.
