I started Beatunes for a 1500 songs process and after two hours, it crashed and the files treated where change from .mp3 extention to .new extentions... Is there anyway to recover my song in mp3 extention from those .new? Strange thing i know ...

Weird. If you change one of the .new files to a .mp3 extension - does it play?

That said - can you please send me your logs? http://help.beatunes.com/kb/troubleshooting/where-are-the-beatunes-... tells you where to find them and how to send them.

    Thanks,

Seems that the .new extentions files were just kind of log files added and not MP3 replacements as i was thinking first ... I am quite sure that it was caused by Malwarebytes blocking the upload communications from my Beatunes. ... Since removing Malwarebytes i've got a 60000 songs process running with no pain....and not .new files anymore... Thanks
