Duplicates in similar song list

Hi

When I select a song and then, for example, choose “Standard” to display similar songs, I get great results with my large collection.

But...
In the list that is created, I always have the same song 2 or 3 times in a row. However, I don't want to eliminate duplicates in my collection, otherwise the albums will be incomplete.

Beginner's question:
Is there a setting where I can avoid these duplicates?
