Song is not yet in the database
beaTunes is analyzing my Apple Music library and excludes songs because they are "not yet in the database." Some of the songs have been in the library for a long time and others are new. Does anyone know what this means and how I can fix it?
Thanks
Andy

"the database" is a central database that all beaTunes users can contribute song metadata to. I.e. data about songs, not the songs themselves. This allows looking up certain values that other users have contributed.
When a song is not yet in the database, that means that no other user has contributed the desired data about a song. If your song is copyright-protected (perhaps because it's from the Apple Music streaming service), it cannot be analyzed and you are dependent on other people's contributions.
