Beatunes only computes the ReplayGain. So what tool would you recommend to normalize files (to a given level like -14 LUFS) ?
Hi All,
Because Beatunes only computes the ReplayGain, what other tool would you recommend to normalize files (to a given level like -14 LUFS) ? I am a MAC user. And I of course need to "bulk" normalize many files.
Thanks
Mikael

The idea of ReplayGain is to adjust the computed gain during playback. beaTunes does that, just like other tools. I assume you want to modify the audio in the file instead, right?
If so, I have unfortunately no recommendation for you.
Perhaps someone else in this forum does?

dbpoweramp can compute and reply replaygain to files in bulk, it can also compute at album level (respecting complete albums) or track level. I'd recommend it. Works on Mac & PC. (I have no vested interest in promoting this app, just an honest recommendation)
