Refresh not working on Analysis
I use beatunes to analyze my library. However, I have not found anything in the FAQ or getting started about whether or not beatunes updates the MP3ID3 tags of corrected issues. So, I use MusicBrainz Picard to do the update to the tags, then double click the track in Music to play it and for Music to pick up the changes. I then click Refresh and beatunes does not clear the correction. I have quit beatunes and restarted thinking it need to do a complete refresh, but even that does not pickup the changes made to the file or in Music. The only way I have found that beatunes picks up the correction is to manually synchronize the library and beatunes.
Is there any other way to get these changes to be seen without having to perform another synchronize?

Hi,
In a folder-based beaTunes library, all changes are always written to the ID3 tags. For a Music-app library it depends. See https://blog.beatunes.com/2015/01/different-libraries-for-different...
I'm not sure I understand this. Which "Refresh" do you click? And why should beaTunes clear a correction? Wouldn't you want beaTunes to pick off the changes in Music? For that you'd have to synchronize beaTunes (in the File menu).
Synchronization is the function that does pick up such changes. Why would you want to avoid it? Too slow? If so, how large is your library (in song count, not GB or MB).
Cheers,
