Hi Raphael,
You can write your own exporter or use one of the existing ones. See https://www.beatunes.com/en/beatlet-playlistexporter.html for details
But you could also simply shut down beaTunes and connect to its H2 database.
If you are referring to the regular beaTunes API, then the answer is no.
Cheers,

Hi Henrik,
Thank you so much for making this product available for us. The Export worked well. We have a lot of small sample loops like drums, piano, synth from 5 seconds to 20 seconds. Unfortunately analyzing them I get no genrer or tags or mood :=(
Is thee anything I can do to get that? I would love to buy this product.

beaTunes 5 genre or mood tags aren't the result of a content analysis. It's usually looked up either in the central beaTunes database, LastFM or AcousticBrainz. Therefore beaTunes is currently unable to determine mood or genre of most samples (timbre, key and tempo are different - they are computed based on your audio data).
Sorry.

Does the preference "Embed non-Music.app fields into audio files" or "Force overwriting fields, even if they seem unchanged" update the MP3ID3 metadata tags upon committing the changes?

This is only available for Music/iTunes libraries and is only relevant for fields that Music or iTunes do not support, like the key field or better than integer precision BPM.
Typically, when you change something in beaTunes it gets written to Music/iTunes or the file itself. If beaTunes believed the new value is equal to the old one, it does not write the value to either the file or those other applications in order to save work. Forcing turns this off. In other words, the values always get written, even if there is no change at all.
P.S.: Please don't hijack discussion threads about completely unrelated topics. Thank you!
