after doing some things in beatunes, I quit the app.
it says it's quitting/saving database....
for 14 hours

finally, force quit

which seems to leave the database locked, so next time I launch, it's messed up

has happened ever since purchasing

can't figure out why it won't quit

    Hi,

A locked database should not really be a problem. No need to worry.

That's not the issue. The issue is, the app never quits. After telling it to quit, it hangs until I force quit. One day 14 hrs. Another over 12.

    Hi,

If shutting down takes longer than a minute, most likely something is stuck and you should probably just force kill it.
I will have to investigate, what's stuck after I'm back from vacation. For now there is unfortunately little I can do.

    Cheers,

    Hi Stephen,

are you still experiencing this issue?
If so, which operating system are you on and can you please send me your logs (http://help.beatunes.com/kb/troubleshooting/where-are-the-beatunes-...)?

    Thanks!
