New beaTunes, new anaysis?

I analyzed my library in beaTunes 2.1.19. Is it recommend / necessary to re-analyze the library in beaTunes 3 to use all of the improvements of the new version?

    Hi Roland,

    in beaTunes 3 color and BPM algs have not changed, but key has been completely rewritten. To get best results, I would re-analyze key with 'use online resources' turned off.

    If you don't really need ReplayGain, I would turn that off as well, as it increases analysis time significantly.

    Please note, that you should not upgrade to beaTunes 3 and then start beaTunes 2. It might lead to data loss.
