How do I exclude certain folders from the library?
As the title states. I use Beatunes to help me make random sets to DJ. Since I have small samples and FX in my music folder how would I exclude these folders from the library?

I am afraid, you cannot exclude folders from your library.
The whole concept of beaTunes does not evolve around files or folders, but only around tags. The beaTunes-way to exclude something would be to tag those samples and FX with tags like
sample
andFX
and then exclude those tags when creating MatchLists.Hope this helps,

I have the samples and FX tagged correctly, but when I create matchlists with "Genre does not contain: [tag to be excluded]" they still show up in my matchlists. How can I prevent this from happening at all?

They really should not. Can you please reproduce the issue, i.e. create such a matchlist, and then upload your logs (using
Help
->Upload Logs
from within the app)?Can you also please send a screenshot of what the matchlist dialog with your settings looks like?
Thanks!
