Hi.

I am getting some very strange BPM reading when using beaTunes. Some slow tunes read 130, fast tunes only 60. This is the reason I purchased beaTunes in the first place and it does not seem to be reliable at all.Is there something I am doing wrong?

Regards.
Max.

    Hi,

you probably get the best results with the settings:

    • Rayshoot algorithm
    • preset BPM range 70-140 or 60-120
    • do not use online resources

To replace already computed values, also check the replace box.
Often the absolute value errors stem from the fact that 60 BPM looks an awful lot like 120BPM to the algorithm. Therefore sometimes it is wrong by a factor of 2.

    Hope this helps,
